Our Alley-Cassetty Clarksville location has been using Anago for our cleaning needs since moving to our new location in June 2025. During the initial meeting with Anago I was introduced to Pricilla and we discussed the different aspects of having a janitorial service and how they were able to customize the service and rotation of cleaning needs. For example everyone thinks of cleaning as in dusting and sweeping and taking out the trash. Anago goes a step further and they rotate a schedule of deep cleaning as well. Cleaning trash cans and baseboards and wiping down walls, keeping our stock room clean, polishing the conference table, disinfecting the telephones and HVAV vents. Not to mention door frames and light switches. We also have sealed concrete floors that have very specific cleaning needs.
Pricilla has been amazing to work with and we keep a communication binder for any questions or needs either of us may have. Because she has been so efficient, I rarely have to note anything other than how great the place looks.
We stumbled upon Anago and we are so pleased with the attention to details, open communication and the cost that is more than reasonable. I highly recommend Anago for any cleaning and janitorial needs.
